Hi, I got the modem delivered by the technician back in July and I travelled without setting it.

I just got back and I m having trouble with the easy connect screen. It won’t show on my computer. I can’t pass step 5 because it didn’t redirect to easy connect.

please what should I do?

    You could also access the modem manually by connecting to it directly using a browser, and point it to:

    http://192.168. 0.1 (which is the IP of your modem by default).

    You should then be able to continue the setup process.

    Identify yourself with the login information:

    • Username: cusadmin
    • Password: Your Wi-Fi password (printed on modem if you did not change it).

    I typically prefer doing this first setup from a "wired" device.

    If you can't login because password does not match, you can reset it, and start again. Full instructions can be found here:
