Does Fizz email you a confirmation when the modem has been received?

I returned their modem August 24th, and at one point, they said they were going to charge me around 300$ because they hadn't received it (Around September 11 they sent me that email about the charge)

I could not find the tracking number for the parcel, and since I no longer live in the province, I called the store clerk where I dropped off the parcel, to see if they could reprint the receipt. They said they could not reprint receipts that had a prepaid label paid for.

When Fizz finally processes their returned modems, will I receive an email from them? Will they confirm that they have successfully received it?

    When they process your returned modem, you will be refunded for the modem charge.

    Unfortunately, there is a backlog on the reception and acknowledgement of modem returns. And it is unfortunately, not only Fizz.

    I returned my modem to my previous ISP around the same time you mentioned above (maybe a little earlier), and only last week did I notice that they credited me back the balance they owed me. It can easily take over month and a half.

    If it runs past the end of the month, I strongly recommend trying to contact them to raise a ticket (if not already done).
