I had a problem with my credit card and they cut my home internet. Now it's ok and I'd like to let Fizz know about it. How can I communicate with them?

    Hi Marcio

    Logon your Fizz account and go to the payment method option of your plan. If you see the «Make my monthly payment » button, click on it.

    Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2 to 3 hours. If it doesn't come back in a timely manner, you can try restarting your modem

    you can text them on messenger or imessage. you can also just cancel your subscription and buy it back
