hey, i accidentally removed my fizz reward, how can i get it back please ? thank you so much !
The reward is not lost. It is still there on your account even if it is inactive.
However a reward that is pending removal will be removed at your next renewal. After this renewal, you will be able to apply back the same reward or a better one if it is available to you.
In situations like this where you want to replace a reward with an upgraded one, it is better to swap it out. Select the new reward first, then click on the one to be replaced and confirm your changes. This is the only way to upgrade your rewards without waiting another month.
