I’m moving to Ottawa. I want to chat with you regarding the possibility to continue internet service with Fizz. I am told that Fizz Home Internet is not available in my new address and would like to enquire about this.

    If Videotron service is not available, then Fizz is not. You can check on videotron's web site to see if they offer service at your address.

    And click on the "availability" option on any of the plans and enter your new address.
