I followed the entire procedure. I put the modem in the box and mailed it with the code at post canada on august 19th and still received an email that fizz hasnt received it...
Unfortunately it can take to few weeks to process your return.
Make sure to hold on to your proof of return.
There is obviously a back log of processing the received modems. The long labour day weekend surely did not hep and all the vacations people are taking.
If you were charged for a late modem, don't worry, it will be credited as soon as they process the return.
I know it is inconvenient, but rest assured, it will be credited.
PS: Please make sure to keep the post office tracking proof.
