I ordered 2 sim cards and I only received 1 sim card. Is there anyone I can contact from fizz?
I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

As already mentioned, please contact customer service. They will re-order a card and refund you the money. Alternatively you can also buy a SIM card at a participating Couche Tard. Afterwards reach out to Fizz and they will refund the money :)
