my home internet was down 20 minutes ago, this modem has a blue light on, we restarted the modem 3 times but it was still not working. Help!
The modem appears to be connected online.
Have you tried connecting your computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cable?
What happens when you try to connect by WiFi?
If the problem continues, you can try factory resetting the modem.
