You should be able to see the order on your Fizz account. If you made the order earlier today, you should be able to cancel it from there.

If there is any issue, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
They will surely be able to help you.

Did you use a finance option with Paybright? If not, you should be able to see the option in your acount options.
If you did use Paybright, I don't think you will be able to cancel it directly from your account. You will need to contact customer service.

i cant fint account options and i paid in full

In this case, I urge you to contact Fizz customer service. They are available by chat 24/7.
Or you can wait until morning and check your account again.

If you go to your account overview. Then select "my plans" or "my phones" on the left side, do you get to anything which shows you any details about the phone you bought ?
Or if you go to your Account settings, maybe it is under Order History or Transaction History.
If there is nothing in any of those, then you will probably have no choice but to contact a customer service agent. Sorry about that, but as users here we obviously don't have access to your account (and that is a good thing) :)
