Unable to make or receive phone call from anyone

Hello, this has just happened to me a few minutes ago, I’ve been with fizz for a while and this never happened before but I am unable to receive or make any phone calls, anyone tries to dial me will ring once and be sent to voicemail, and when I try to call someone it will be a 20 second of silence and it just hangs up, I tried restarting my phone a couple of time but it never work, does anyone know a solution to this

    How is the network reception where you are ? Maybe not a good reception ? Did you change any setting in your phone ?

    the phone has four bars, and rest of the family’s phone works well, I don’t know why it seems like is only my phone

    Can you try testing the SIM card on another phone? If your service works with another phone, then you have to investigate your phone settings.
