Unable to connect to home wifi

so my payment was a day late. i paid it a day later and received a confirmation email from fizz that said that my account should be up and working- but its not. Ive tried resetting it of course, but yet nothings happening and i cant contact fizz HELP

    I’d try to Contact fizz through there social media accounts or email them directly if you haven’t already.

    Following a late payment, your service should resume within 2 to 3 hours. At that point, you can try restarting your modem.
