Make sure the name and billing address of the card matches the info on the Fizz account.

If this is a Prepaid Visa (like MyVanilla, Koho, etc..) please make sure that the card is registered, and that the address provided on the card registration, matches the Fizz billing address you have on file.
Many times for security purposes the registered Postal Code (or other aspects of the address) are compared, and if they don't match the card is declined. So the billing address of the card, must match that of the Billing address that Fizz has on file.
