Having huge tech issues with data add on. Fizz are “dealing with it” but meanwhile I have no data, and they suggest asking the nice people here.

my daughter gifted me, yet it never arrived. I bought an add on, it is held up in tech hell.

I suggest you to ask on the Facebook webpage as well. It is usually easier to request data gifting.
