FIZZ SIM card won’t activate

I received my new SIM card about a week about and went through all the steps to activate it today. I got to the step where I needed to install my SIM card and got “No Service” afterwards for two+ hours even though I chose a new number (which is supposed to take a few minutes to activate). My account says my mobile plan has yet to be activated and continues to be unable to find a network or to recognize the SIM card.

    Did you try restarting your phone?

    Also your phone must be unlocked and compatible with Fizz network.
