    If you did not receive the delivery, you will have to order another one and contact Fizz customer service to be refunded for the missing SIM card.

    I don't know how Fizz determines that the card has been delivered. Do they send it using a courier with tracking number ? If not, then it might just be an estimate of typical mail delivery times, If that is the case, then it may take a day or 2 longer. When did you order you card ?

    I would contact customer support, and if they have "proof" of it being delivered (not just shipped), then they should just request a delivery for another, or refund you. If you have a couche-tard near you, many also sell Fizz sim cards. If Fizz refunds you, it might be easier to just go pick one up from a store.

    It is delivered by courier with a tracking number. It arrives in a slim package that looks like and advertisement. Chances are, someone through it out thinking it was junk mail. My wife and I both received our sims without any issues.

    If you live in an apartment building with locked entrance, the delivery person sticks the envelope on the front door from the outside since he doesn't have access and cannot put it in your mailbox. The envelope can easily be stolen.

    So if you have received a delivery notification, but there is no envelope somewhere on the front door, you can buy Fizz sim card in one of the participating Couche Tards, activate it with a plan, then contact Fizz for reimbursement of the stolen sim.
