Data outside of Quebec

I have the Canada wide + USA wide phone and data plan on two phones, a BB KeyOne and a Samsung S7. Both phones have been used outside of Québec when I was with Bell. This is the first time I am out of the province with the Fizz plan. I am getting phone calls and regular texting ok on both phones, but no data (so no Google Maps, no WhatsApp, no email), except on WiFi.

Is the data plan only going to work in Quebec? If so, the plan doesn't help much.

    Make sure the data roaming option is enabled on your phone.

    You can also try restarting your phone.
