I have in use 1GB perks data, but my phone cannot access internet

I can access several date ago, but I cannot access internet any more, in my fizz account, it still show 1 GB in use, not expired. Please help check. thx.

Hi Grace,

go to your Fizz account, My plans, and take a look if there's still data in your plan 'cuz if your 1GB is a perks, not expired, doesn't mean that you still have data, it only mean that it've been activated less than 30 days ago.
