Payment method updated, how long to unfreeze my internet service
I just update my payment method, how long should i want to unfreeze my plan. There is a button «Make my monthly payment » . But i can’t press it. I need to work today, pls kindly help

Hi,
once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

And fot the button issue, I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Once you update your payment method, you must also associate the new payment card to your plan.
Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
- In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
- Click on Payment methods.
- Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
- Now make your way to My plans.
- For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
- Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
Steps 5 and 6 are crucial since the association of your new payment method to your plans is not done automatically.
Is your service currently working? If yes, then your payment card will be automatically charged one day before your renewal.
If your service is already suspended, then you will need to click on the «Make my monthly payment » button.
Contact Fizz customer service if needed.

Finally the bottom of « make the monthly payment » » is on . And i did it. But i restart the computer and Router few time. But i can find the network name and conneted it. But cant go online... is any problem in your end?

Once you have made your payment, service will be restored within 2 to 3 hours. Meanwhile, try restarting the modem.

I am still waiting the network from 4:00 until now. They said after the payment made, i should wait more 3 hours. I really need the network for work and i can’t sleep and just sit here to wait. It s so annoying!
