I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to resolve the issue.

I'm assuming this is a prepaid card ?
If so, have you registered the card with the issuer of the card (MyVanilla or other), in order to add an address associated to the card, which MATCHES your billing address for Fizz ? Sometimes it is required.
