Reactivation Problem
Hello all,
I had an old Fizz sim card, which has not been used in last 1-2 years. But, now, I would like to re-activate it. However, after logging in to the system with my email address, re-activation does not work and it always stays on the attached page. Specifically, the same page is loaded after every time I clicked "activate my SIM Card". Is there a way to re-activate my old sim card?
I need to re-activate it within 2 days :(

after such a long time I don’t know if it’s still possible to reactivate it but I suggest you to contact the customer service to be sure, by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
