Internet keeps disconnecting randomly throughout the day

The internet keeps disconnecting at random times during the day, for no apparent reason. Cycles between connection issues ('cant connect to this network') and internet issues ('connected, no internet available').

Can this be fixed somehow? It makes it impossible to work, especially when videoconferencing.

    Sorry to here you are having internet issues. Just curious, are you conencted via Cable or just WiFi ? \If you are using a PC or Laptop, would you be able to connect via cable, to see if the problem persists ?

    You could also discuss directly with a customer service agent. They can trace the line and see if the signal to your modem is in normal range and if it is actually disconnecting frequently.
