I've bought a preloved phone from fizz last month and so far I've not received any reward for that despite of the advertisement. when will it added to my account?
we're only users here, so I suggest you to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to resolve the issue.

On french version of the site, it work... Just push on the planet on top of screen and then do it as I told you to do.
I don know but somehow their chat is not working. that's disappointing fizz chat interface is always tricky to use. Sometimes I feel Fizz wants to leave members alone to find out they can survive with their problems or not
For a lot of issues we're here on the forum but for major one, only them can resove it...

I think you'll have it after the 15 day trial of your phone I read that is about a mount after you receive your phone that you will received the point so you're almost there.
