Is it normal to be charged a first payment on the day of subscription and not the day of installation? Thank you for your help guys !

    Yes. You are charged the day of subscription. But it is applied to your account at date of installation. So don't worry, your next payment will be 1 month after the install.

    Yep! Complétez normal. You pre-pay the first month. Upon activation the month starts and you will only be charged again in the first renewal. Should you cancel before activation, Fizz will refund you the money :)
