Credit card payment after a stolen card
I had a fraud on my credit card and I have to wait 5 to 7 days to receive my new one. But it's my due date for the monthly payment and if I don't pay NOW I will have my account shut down. I dont the informations for my new card so I don't know what to do ???

Sorry to hear about your card and fraud troubles.
One option could be to get a "prepaid" card like the Vanilla mastercards that are available at many stores. I know it is not the ideal solution, but you can at least use it temporarily, until you get your replacement card. Also, many DEBIT cards are VISA/Mastercard branded. In those cases, they can be used just like a credit card.

To pay for your Fizz plans, you can use:
- A Visa or Mastercard credit card
- A prepaid Visa or Mastercard credit cards such as Vanilla prepaid cards
- A Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card
However if you get a prepaid card, go through the option step of registering it, in order to include your name/address as is on your account, to ensure it does not get rejected.
