Appartement number
My apaprtement number is not written down on my file, they need to put it down in my file and they said i need to wait for them to contact me for this but its been 4 days and i need this to reschedule the appointement with the technicien... very frustrating i wish i could reach someone to just add my appartement number ... what shoulf i do now

Hi Justine,
you can log into your Fizz account to reschedule or cancel your technician visit up to 20 hours before your appointment. Service calls (for repairs), however, are the exception.
To reschedule your technician appointment:
- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
- Click on Appointments.
- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
- To reschedule an appointment, click on Reschedule.
- This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.
- Beware — if you just finished scheduling your appointment, please allow a 3-hour delay for the Reschedule button to appear in your account.
- To cancel an appointment, click on Cancel.
- On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.
The Reschedule and Cancel buttons won't be visible in your account after 9h pm the day before the appointment, because the tool cannot change the technician's schedule for the day. In this case, you have to contact us to modify your appointment.
To reschedule on the same day as your appointment, you must do so via a member of the customer service team.

Either, as mentionned by Dapfizzer and change the appointment date/time.
If you can't put the appartment number, I suggest you different things :
-Be not very far away and look through the window and watch for the videotron guy to arrive
-Place a sheet of paper written on your appartment number and mentioning you are the one waiting for him and stick it at the main door entrance window.

You cannot change it
Changing the address of an appointment is impossible. If there’s a mistake in the address where the technician is going, you’ll have to cancel that order, and start over with the correct address.

Therefore, you need to cancel your appointement, wait for the refund, or contact the support to accelerate it and recreate a new plan
Fizz cannot modify your appointment, since it cannot validate that your address can have internet, the validation is done only during the plan creation
