How can I change my SIM card after activating an old SIM by mistake that I don't have anymore?
Hi,
I was a Fizz subscriber a couple of years ago. Today I tried to reactivate my old number, but I don't have my old SIM card anymore. The account has already been activated with the old SIM card, but as I don't have the old SIM card, I cannot use it. So, I want to use a new SIM card that I have bought for this account. How can I do that? As I couldn't do it, so I tried to unsubscribe and activate a new SIM card from a scratch. Now, I have this extra number that has already been wrongly activated with the old SIM card which is not useful and I would have to pay for one month for nothing, even though I cannot use it. So, I really need help to transfer from the old SIM (that I don't have) to the new SIM (that I have).
Thanks,

Hi Syed,
My guess will be that you need to create a new account and get a new SIM card from scratch like you mentionned ...
But, by any chance the custome service might be able to transfert your new SIM card with your old phone number if it's what you asked for.
