just restart your modem, wait a few minutes and the service should return to normal.

I restarted ten times since the morning and my lights are still blue 🙄

There's no red lights on the modem...
As the costumer service said, the issue have been resolved, so after restarting it this time, it should be functional.

I dont have internet also, dince 9:30am and i need to workkkk. And the customer service dont answersme 🤬🤬🤬🤬 we need to change the service and go another company

Vidéotron is having a problem, that's probably impacting the third party using their cables. Be patient!!!
