    Hi,

to make an international call, you have different options depending on your needs.

Go to your account, my plan, add-On, international calls. Then choose Israel, because otherwise this information is not available on the site.

Whatever option you choose for your international calls, know that the rates are the same whether you are calling a landline or a mobile number.

You also need to activate the International calls option of your plan. To do so:

    1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. If there is more than one plan on your account, scroll to the plan you wish to change.
    3. Click on Manage and choose Advanced parameters.
    4. Next to No International calls, slide the radio button to Off.

You can find the most up-to-date rates under Add-On/International Calls.

Right now the rate is 0.30 CAD per minute. Hope this helps :)

You can CALL Israel from Canada/US which is what many are stating above. However if you are travelling to Israel, you will not have any calling option on your fizz plan when you are IN Israel.

    -------

No. There are no calls on the roaming package in Israel.

If you go HERE, and check the destination for ISRAEL, you will see that it comes up with a few options (not many).

$4 for 250MB, or $5 for 500MB block of data. Or $0.20/MB for Pay-as-you-go Data, and $0.10/text. There are NO call options.

    If you look here:

    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options

You will notice that is states:

Important : You will not be able to make calls while roaming outside your Canada or the United States.

Roaming calls (incoming or outgoing) will be available at a later time. We will update this FAQ when we have a firm date.

In the meantime, you will be able to use data, and send/receive texts when you travel outside your coverage zone. To make and receive calls, you can use messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger.

    Hope this helps.
