I changed my paiement card and i am now trying to proceed to my monthly fee but i dont see the option for it

If you have added your new card, and already removed the old card from your profile:
https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/change_payment?prvState=profile
Then any future payments should come off the newly added card, since the old one is not longer of the account.
Monthly fees are automatically charged from the payment on your account, assuming there is no problem with the new payment option.
