Confirming the disconnection and no further charges

Hi,

I had 3 lines with Fizz. Recently I ported one number to different provider. Currently the UI shows me 2 lines along with 3rd with with "reactivate" button. I just cancelled this number and don't want any further charges in Fizz. How that can be confirmed? Since It is appearing on the UI, just suspecting there will be charges every month, without I using it. Can some one clear that for me. thx.

    I suggest you to contact directly with the customer services. Usually it can take up to few days before the change to be made in your account.

    There's the way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    I can see the chat icon, though nothing happens if I click on it. Does it work on Sundays?

    Try switching to the french page and try from there. https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/etat-services

    And ensure you gave any popup blockers disabled on your browser. They can interfere. Or you can try another browser.
