Why can’t I send messages or call?

I recently had my payment fail for this months payment cycle. After doing whatever I went back in fizz and hit the button “Make my monthly payment”. I got an email saying my payment was received and everything should be good. But now I can’t text anyone through SMS and I can’t make any calls. Help?

    try to restart your phone and if it do not resolse the issue, this is the way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    You can also do it on Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

    They'll surely be able to resolve the situation.
