How to add VIP installation for Wi Fi modem?

Hi!

I just found out that there is no coax outlet in the place I’m moving into, and when I ordered the modem for Internet, I selected self installation because I thought there was already an outlet. However, now that I now there isn’t one and need one to be installed, I would like choose the VIP installation. So… how do I do that?

You do not need the VIP installation for the cable installation, the cable installation is included

Here what is the VIP installation

A technician will bring you your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, install it, and configure your connection as well as your Wi-Fi network.
