Buying Fizz mobile with full payment

If I buy a phone and I pay the full payment, does the phone still Locked with Fizz or it will be Unlocked?

    Hi @Khz

    All the phones sold in Canada after December 2017 must unlock bylaw

    Therefore, it is unlocked.

    All phones are unlocked, it's illegal to sell locked phones in Canada and it's been like that since around 2017 I think.
