I decide stop activate before recyle which i good paid in full amount no late and did send it back the modem/gateway but after they took my void money! I can't find contact why they do that! they steal our money with no reason! what should i do and how ? If one week nothing I will report to police.

    Sorry, but it is not very clear what has happened. My assumption is that you unsubscribed, and returned the modem, but you were still charged the modem fee ?

    If so, it will be refunded as soon as Fizz gets and records the return of the modem. You typically have 15 days to return the modem. If for some reason they get it late (postl delay, late to send it out, or whatever reason), they will charge you the $225+tx for the modem. But if they receive it later, they will credit it back.

    • IMPORTANT: You are required to return your Fizz Wi-Fi modem within 15 days after your unsubscription date, or else you will be charged the amount of $225 (plus applicable taxes).

    The best option is to contact a customer service agent and check to see if they have any record of receiving your modem. Most users on these community boards don't have access to your account/file. We are just users like you, trying to help each other.
