How do I transfer an already activated SIM card to another account?

Basically, I ordered a SIM for my friend but we accidentally activated it on my account. Is there a way we can transfer it to his account without buying another SIM?

I don't think so but you can ask if there's a way to do so by contacting the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
