where does get their preloved phones from, who is the supplier? I'm looking at buying a preloved iphone but want to make sure it doesn't work after only a month or two.

    Preloved phones comes with a 6 month warranty.

    They can come from any number for sources. But for them to be considered a "preloved phone" for fizz, they much meet a minimum criteria.

    There are two (2) categories of Preloved phones, Perfect and Almost perfect, each with its own set of cosmetic criteria. Fizz based its grading according to industry standards.
