Hello, I would like to know if and how I can use my credit card to pay for my plan in my account and then use the credit card to pay my friend's plan on her own account. Which is, can a credit card be associated with two sim cards? thank you for your help

Hi Giulia,

yes you can pay for both accounts with the same credit card, as long as it’s the same postal address for the accounts as the one attached to the credit card and a different Email for each plans.

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:

1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
