Why is my internet slower since I went from 10Mbps to 120!??

I never had frozen screen before and everything always been pretty fast but since I moved from 10 to 120Mbps, it is slower!! help please... Thank you

    Hi, sometimes you just have to restart the modem or do a reset to resolve this issue.

    Can you send us a speed test ?

    Just test my 120mbs connexion, all is ok

    Also.. Are you using WiFi, or a wired connection ?

    Wifi connections are very dependent on the device (PC, tablet, etc..) hardware compatibility and on any devices in the area which may cause interference (cement/brick walls, old plaster/metal mesh walls, large beams, distance from router/modem, and other electronics). Ideally, any speed tests should be done with an Ethernet wire connection if possible to avoid those factors from affecting the connection.
