If I buy a new phone from fizz will I need to cancel the plan for my current phone and start a new one or can I just insert that sim card into the new one.

    Hi, you won't have to cancel your plan and yes, just insert the SIM card into the new one...

    No need to cancel the old plan. Just insert the sim. Mobile phone plans are not linked to the phone but to the sim and you can use the sim in any device that supports it.
