Can i gift mobile data if I don't have a mobile plan with Fizz?

    you can only gift data to someone who already has a plan with data.

    also you cant gift data if you have no data to gift, so in other words (No you can't)

    You can only gift data that is included in your plan. Since you don't have any data included, you can't gift data. What you can gift, however, is data perks. Hope this helps :)
