my voicemail is locked how can I unlock it?

    Hi,

    you can change your NIP directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).

    since the new voicemail has come on line I have not been able to get into it. I have reset it via the account option but it still says the pin you have entered is not correct anyone getting this also and how did you fix.
