"The order for your SIM card remains uncompleted"

I have received an email saying that "The order for your SIM card remains uncompleted". I didn't understand what is uncompleted in my order ? It will come in 2 business days to my address ?

    Me too but I think it’s just to tell you that a SIM cars is unusefull without a forfeit.
