Internet still not working

I had a ticket to get my modem provisioned because my internet hasn’t been activated since yesterday at 8pm. I just got an email that my modem finally got provisioned, and I need to reboot it now. I just rebooted it and I still don’t have internet.

    The modem can take up to 40 minutes to stabilize after provisioning. It may boot, LEDs go Blue, but shortly after, reboot again, and repeat cycle a few times as it updates it's internal firmware.

    Do you have any Blue lights on the modem now ?

    Took my modem about 30 minutes to start the whole update process after the modem was "activated" by the tech. Then after that it took about 40 minutes to complete all it's updates.

    sounds good. I’ve had a blue light for an hour now, so I guess I’ll wait and see what happens
