Action required: your current plan did not allow you to complete this call....

I've checked my daily usage. For a 2 min call (20 km range) I used 195 MB?????

Who can make a correction? I don't want to Add-on!

For just a phone call, you should not be using any Data.

If your Data is enabled and not restricted in any way on your phone, then it is quite possible that apps are taking updates in the background. Doesn't take much for some auto download of emails attachments, or social media pics, etc...to add up quickly. I always get into the habit of disabling my data, when I don't need it. And then (at least on android) all my apps have permission to use background data disabled, to avoid surprised.
