If we add fund for the voice is this good only for the month?

Hi,

I got a mobile plan for my son and I only take data and SMS so he can reach us with Messenger or FaceTime. I’m wondering if I add a 5$ for the voice, just in case, if this will be kept from months to months if not used or it is only for one month?

    Hi @MrPhil

    If you add money in the fizz's wallet these will be available till you used them all, however, the incoming/outgoing calls are invoiced by minutes, therefore, 5 seconds call is 1 minutes

    If you buy an addons, this will expired

    Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.

    In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.

    Thanks. Good to know the diffence.

    I know voice is per minutes but it is more like a secondary security :)
