Fizz will be refund, however, you can contact the customer support, they will accelerate the refund for you and for sure they will excuse themself for the mistake
You can chat indirect

* Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

for that refund, I suggest you to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
