I cancelled my internet and my monthly payment was still taken from my bank account

i cancelled my internet service with fizz a day before it was scheduled to renew because my roommates ordered a new internet service, and they still took my monthly payment after it was cancelled. how can i stop this and reverse the payment? thank you for your help i really can’t let them take that money, i refuse to pay for a service i no longer have
