change from one email account when lost acccess

i lost access to my email on what my account was created, what should i do to change it on to another email account?

Hi, you can't change your Email account by your own, you'll have to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
