i dont understand how do one speak with a employe here
i received a message that i need to change my payement method before 10 pm yesterday 19 if not my dad internet will stop working. SO I did the change but I can see nobody took the money and there no one or place to confirm anything here so to I wait till my internet get cut and my dad 65 old call me to ask me what happen and FIZZ notice that I did the change and reconnect my dad
