i cannot make any outgoing calls.

its been 24h and fizz isnt doing anything. this comany dont care about clients.

i cant call anyclient

    You cannot call the support you can only chat with them

    You can chat indirect

    * Sign into your account

    * Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue

    * Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    * Choose the option 💬 chat

    * If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    i know that i have a ticket open for the laast 48h

    i can recieve call text my data works fine but it says i dont have acces to service outgoing calls.!!!!
